Parfums de Coeur, Ltd. is only able to accept orders that will be shipped to an address in one of the 48 contiguous U.S. States.

For products that are in stock, Parfums de Coeur attempts to ship all products within 24 to 48 hours of order placement. For orders placed on weekends or holidays we will ship in 1-2 business days.

All orders placed on the Internet are shipped via FEDEX Ground only.

Orders that cannot be delivered or that are refused by the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges and a $3 restocking fee.

Parfums de Coeur will make a strong effort to ensure that all products offered on our website are available for immediate shipment. When this is not the case, customers placing an order for out-of-stock items will be notified via email within the timeframe outlined in the shipping policy alerting them of the status of their order. At that point, they will have the option to cancel their order, change their order to a similar product, or wait for the item to be restocked.

Returns Policy

We will repair or replace damaged or defective products as necessary, upon return of the unused portion of the product or the defective part to us. If no identical product is available, the full purchase price will be refunded.

All returns are subject to the approval of, and require a pre-authorization from our customer service department, which can be reached via custservice@parfumsdecoeur.com. We require that the unused portion of the defective product be returned, a copy of the original sales receipt, and an explanation of the reason for returning the product.
