Q: Were the Prince Matchabelli fragrances changed?
A: In 1993 when Parfums de Coeur acquired the Prince Matchabelli company, the three fragrances that we continued (Wind Song, Cachet and Aviance Night Musk) were altered slightly and essential oils were added. Thus the names now include the word "Extraordinary".

Q: I can't find your product in my area. Where can I find it?
A: Our products can be found at most mass volume retail stores such as Kmart, Walmart, Sears, and most chain drug stores throughout the U.S. If you are unable to locate a product, you can order directly from us on our website.
Q: Why doesn't my area store carry this anymore and/or why are fragrances discontinued?
A: Due to space restrictions that most retail stores have, older fragrances may be discontinued to make room for new products.

Q: Can I order from you if I live outside the United States?
A: No - We only ship within the contiguous 48 states.
Q: Do you have a catalog you can send to me?
A: Due to the frequency in which our product line changes throughout the year, we do not publish a catalog.
Q. What are your shipping options and when will I receive my order?
A. Due to federal hazardous shipping regulations we are forced to ship by ground only. We prefer trackable delivery and we are currently utilizing the services of FEDEX ground accordingly. Once orders are shipped they will generally take between 3-5 business days, however exceptions do occur from time to time which can extend the delivery window.
Q: Is it safe to give my credit card # on a website? Will any of my personal information be given to other companies?
